She leads multiple design teams, sets critical project milestones, and establishes project requirements. She also maintains the high-level communication with client representatives, construction executives, and authorities having jurisdiction over the projects to keep project priorities in alignment with the work of the teams under her supervision.
A strong architect with a steady grasp of architectural and MEP engineering principles, she mastered the USGBC LEED framework and has led 5G Studio to complete numerous sustainably-designed projects, such as the million-square-feet Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel that, at the time of completion, was the largest hotel with LEED Gold certification outside of Las Vegas; the adaptive reuse of a historic coffin factory into LEED Gold NYLO Dallas South Side Hotel; and the Winnwood Residence that achieved LEED Platinum certification and Net Zero performance.
She holds the record number of professional credentials at 5G Studio that includes the American Institute of Architects, WELL Accredited Professional, and LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction, Neighborhood Development, and Homes. She has volunteered extensively for the US Green Building Council and the Urban Land Institute of North Texas.
Christine and her husband are parents to two lovely dogs and hold a vast trove of knowledge on world history.
